"In all my years, I have rarely been proactively called by an insurance agent without them “reviewing my coverage” without the intent of selling me more product. This includes many major carriers and agents including State Farm. As a customer for over 20 years my agent passed away, I admittedly left State Farm and took my home and auto policies to a family friend at another company. Despite my leaving, Savannah, from Chad’s office, continued to periodically check in with me to see how things were going, and if I’d like to “review my coverage” to see if they “could save me some money.” I’m not going to lie … I blew her off for over a year thinking she was just wanting to up my coverage. We also reviewed homeowners, and for around the same price, I could get significantly BETTER coverage. I truly thought it too good to be true, and vacillated back and forth, and asked so many questions. She provided so much information and clarification. I honestly cannot believe her patience with me. Nevertheless, I did finally change, and the process was nearly seamless. They timed the transition to align with our current monthly payment schedule, and so far all is good…. All charges have been exactly as anticipated. This was a definite case of State Farm working hard to win someone back. The cost savings for my younger son was lifestyle-altering. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience so far with this office."
